Flipkart’s venture arm Flipkart Ventures backs ChatNBX

Today, we’re glad to announce that the Indian e-commerce giant Flipkart has partnered with ChatNBX as an investor through its venture arm, Flipkart Ventures.

Our early vision on how the AI industry would shape up has been our biggest break yet. Having been in the machine learning industry for over five years as a company, we built a platform capable of orchestrating and deploying machine learning models over enterprises’ cloud accounts and on-prem.

With the release of many open-source large language models (LLMs) this year, we were able to host them thanks to our engineering strength and build a chat application around them for researchers and enthusiasts to benchmark newly released LLMs for their use cases. Call it being at the right place at the right time because it has resulted in over 280,000 messages from over 30,000 users (and still growing) since ChatNBX’s release.

With the backing of the e-commerce giant as an investor, we intend to leverage Flipkart’s tremendous leadership team across functions and double down on our strategy of assisting enterprises and developers with fine-tuning and deploying large-language models securely within their infrastructure.

As we double down on our expansion plans, we’re thankful to our investors, customers, partners, and users for believing in us and allowing us to work with them.
